INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
To prepare a paper for IFOST-2008 please use this template. Papers of up to 5 pages in MS WORD (DOC) format should be sent to Papers submitted in other formats/template will not be accepted. Papers should be sent by e-mail until April 15, 2008. In the body of an email message author should define the session where this paper is going to be presented
Participants who wish to come to Russia should send the scanned image of his/her passport and filled form before April 7, 2008 to get Russian authority's invitation to obtain visas in a Russian Embassy.
REGISTRATION FEE: for foreign participants: 330 (payment in Novosibirsk) + 150 (payment in Tomsk)
Registration fee includes: Accommodation in Novosibirsk and Tomsk, meals, banquet and coffee-breaks, transport on the route Novosibirsk - Tomsk - Novosibirsk, attendance of all scientific and cultural events according to the program, give-out materials (incl. CD with IFOST-2008 Proceedings, Innovations catalogue and additional information about Novosibirsk and Tomsk).
Every partner university which has signed the IFOST Agreement can send to the forum up to five delegates without any payments.

Authors of papers accepted for publication should pay registration fee via bank transfer on the Bank's account of Novosibirsk State Technical University until May 20, 2008. The Bank's information will be available on the IFOST-website soon. -->
